Hello Gurus

I just got couple of queries on Form AN:

a ) As I got my ILR based on Workpermit and I am providing Passport number in field 1.2. Is field 1.1 applicable to me? If yes where will be this numbers?

b) In section 3, as I am working for a company I'll be providing info for 3.1 to 3.4 data fields. Do I need to provide info on 3.5 - address of tax office or tax office reference ? I've got the tax reference number from my compnay.

c) Do I need to put a line across the whole text (cross the text) of 6.6 as it says in the form with an * Delete if not applicable.

d) Do I need to get the photo signed by the refree and some text written on the back of the photo viz. I know him etc.

1. Put your passport number in 1.2 ignore 1.1
2. 3.5 you can find the info in any latest correspondence you have from HMRC or on your payslip.

3. Score out 6.6 and put NOT APPLICABLE IN 6.7

Thanks a lot VR, I've completed the application now.

Just one question, one of the refree has written his e-mail Id in lowercase letters, will there be any issue? all his other data is in BLOCK letters. and I 've filled whole form in BLOCK lettters.

It happens all the time. Referees write in lower case(almost scribble).
