Hi,

Please provide some advice on First UK passport after Naturalization and Title on Passport.

I'm a foreign qualified doctor, but not GMC registered just yet. My Foreign passport title is "DR", how can I add "DOCTOR" title on my first UK passport after naturalization? I saw somewhere that if you want "DOCTOR" title on UK passport you need to send evidence. Does anyone know what evidence I need to send in this case?

Many Thanks

Yes professional Titles can be entered on request

Here is the guide which has all the details

You need not do anything extra for that . You need to do the following.
Tick the relevant box to say whether you are a Mr, Mrs, Miss or Ms. If you have a different title (for example, Doctor or Sir), write that title in the boxes provided.

cheers

5. Titles you can use on your passport
You can ask to include titles on your passport like:

professional titles - eg doctor, judge, minister of religion, professor or QC
honours or military decorations
JP if you’re a magistrate
Put the details in section 2 of the passport application form and enclose evidence of your title.
