Hi has anyone experienced after receiving the successful decision letter for British Citizenship

1- It arrived 7 weeks after the date stated on the letter
2 - It did not contain the Poll cover number needed to book the ceremony appointment?!

I have no contact number to reach only an email address where they say they will not respond!!!

Help I have 5 more weeks before I would need to re-apply all over again!

Why not call the council and try and book an appointment? with your details and explain to them if they ask, that there is no poll cover number on the letter of approval.

Let the board know how it goes!
