I need some advice about my child british citizenship who is about to born on march 2014 in india.

My husband getting his british citizenship on 28/12/2013. And present I am having flr (m) which expires on 15/02/2015 .

We are planning our baby born in india on march 2014.

Is my child eligible for british citizen by descent?

Can we apply for british passport for my child in india itself?

What are the documents I need to have for applying passport of my child in india?

Yes if your husband is naturalised before the child's birth, the child will be British by descent if born abroad and will be entitled to apply for a British Passport in India, by that time it ought to be a streamlined process.
