hi there

I am a bit confused re 1.7 asking for a name at birth if different from above.

I found out that the order of my names were switched at my childhood i.e. john david to david john.

shall I mention it on my application? it does not appear on any of my documents.

if yes, it is sufficient if I explain it on p.13 or need to supply evidence?

thanks for help

You mean to say that the names were swaped in childhood, and since then you didn't bother to correct it?
Is the name that you are currently using on all the docs the same when you got ILR. If it is then just don't complicate the case and ignore the question.

thanks, yes, they were swapped deliberately as I have always been known by name, which at birth was my middle name. But it was noted only on very first birth certificate issued. All other documents like passports, id cards etc I have got issued with name with I use.

thanks
