I am eligible for citizenship now. However, i had to file for Creditors Voluntary Liquidation of my company recently. Will my application be rejected?

I don't think that will have any effect on your application because being employed or self employed or having good credit is not a requirement. If its limited company, then it is not your personal liability.

Thanks Amber you are right to point this out.
However, it depends on the reason for liquidation. Means like fraud where directors take out money from the company and file liquidation. If its genuine and no personal liability is involved ,then I don't see any problems.
Shiftingsands, if you have not committed any fraud like "shifting money" then the only way to find out is to apply citizenship and see if approved.
