Clarification on British citizenship for my family members.

Hello All,
I have few clarification regarding British citizenship for my family members.
I had received British Naturalisation certificate on sept 2013 also got British passport. Many thanks for members in this forum.
My family members (two children & wife) got ILR on June 2012. they are with me now in UK from May 2011 without break ( they were with me 20 months during 2007 , 2008 & 2009 time, then they had gap then they returned to UK on May 2011)
1) Can I apply naturalisation for my children now ? Both children were born in India.
2) Can I apply naturalisation for my wife now ? if yes or no where I can see the rules and requirements?
3) When my wife will get eligible to apply naturalisation and what basis?
