Hi Forum,

I applied for ILR in-person on the 13th of December 2012, and my BRP card is dated the 14th of December.

Now I have 2 questions on the naturalisation process:

1) I seem to have lost the approval letter which comes with ILR, just have my BRP card. Is this letter needed in any part of the process?

2) Since the date on BRP card is the 14th of December, whats the earliest I can book the NCS appointment for the same. The 2 earliest slots are Thursday the 12th of December (is this too early?) and Monday the 16th of December. Would it be ok to book the 12th December slot?

Thanks in advance for any inputs.

Regards

The earliest your application can reach UKBA is 14th December. You can ask NCS if they are happy to book for 12th and send it on 13th so as to reach UKBA on 16th.
