Nationality Registration multiple minor main & Dependent

Hi,
I will be applying for naturalisation in Nov-2013. I require the help from the group on following:-
1. Form - For my dependent wife, I can use AN form. I have two dependent childern both are minor. I can use for MN1. Kindly advise if theses forms are right?
2. Regarding Fees - If my spouse applies with me, fees will be £1550. As both my children are minor and dependent on me, I am wondering which fees to be considered - £1178 or £505
