Hi,
My wife stayed outside UK for 91 days. (19th Oct, 2012 till 18 Jan 2013).
For Naturalisation one can't stay outside UK for more than 90 days. but her last 12 months are from 24th Nov,2012 till today 24th Oct 2013.
So I count the number of days outside UK than it will be 55 days.
Am I right?
A quick response is highly appreciable.
thanks

Would this not be from 23/Oct/2012 to 24/Oct/2013

From 23/Oct/2012 to 18/Jan/2013 the difference would be 87 days.

Also, make sure if your wife was in the UK on 24/Oct/2010.

She stayed from 19th Oct, 2012 till 18th Jan, 2013. So that makes it 91 days, I am counting the departure and arrival day as well.
any thing under 100 days are fine??? but the guide says shouldn't be more than 90days

But your 90 days threshold is within the last 12 calender months (Window) and not from when you departed from the UK.
