Transfer/Conduct certificate - Medium of instruction -

Hi experts,
Can somebody please help me with these two queries?
1. Can I use my Transfer/Conduct certificate(From the colleage I studied), which has Medium of instruction mentioned as English, to be send for the evidence of the medium of instruction of your study to UK NARIC for English Language Assessment?
2. Can I use my Post graduate qualification for the above mentioned purpose ( I read somewhere in this forum that we should use our graduation only) ?
