Invitation Letter and Approval Letter - Just one or two?

Hi,

I did receive my citizenship invitation letter in a brown envelope which states that my application for British citizenship was approved. It states that I need to contact the local authority to arrange my ceremony. Based on that, I rang my council and booked the ceremony for this Wednesday.

I can see from the posts here that many applicants did receive two letters after application for naturalisation, i.e. one approval letter and one invitation letter.

Am I missing a letter or is this good? Even the letter states "you must bring this invitation to the ceremony" but I did not receive a separate approval letter.

you have received both combined in one letter., so no need to wait for anything else. my letter was the same and that is the one i took to my ceremony.
