Notes: Very unhappy with Check and Send service as i applied on 23rd and they sent my docuement on 28th as part of a big batch. Then the batch was open couple of days later and therefore my applicaiton just strated on the 01st of Nov.

Have very limited time due to travel schedul and in copare to others as I see here my case has gone very slow so far.

I recommend everyone to use individual post as the Ckech and Service is basiccaly nothing and they group your applicaiton together with others and will send with a normal delivery that takes a very long time.

They did the same to me, received the acknowledgement text 7 days later.

For my wife I will use a courier service which can answer me if I ask where the hell my application is.

Post Office customer service is acting like a scammer company who throws the ball to other park and claim they are not the department that knows, finally they suggested me to ask the Passport Office cos as Post Office they cant help me?!?!?!!

normally if you use passport check and send service, they process it and give you the receipt for the next day guaranteed as this is what they charge you.

There is no next day guaranteed by check and send.

Best way to send passport application is to post it yourselves using recorded or special delivery.
