Hi All

To avoid changing of rules me and my wife applied for Naturalisation last week but I did not inlclude my son in the same application as I couldnt arrange references (due to school holidays) for his application. Hence I thought I will apply seperately in next couple of week.

I have now got his application ready under SECTION 3(1) [child was born outside UK] and I am happy to send however I am just wondering if I need to send my passport/ILR card with the application??? I dont have my and my wife documents with me

As per MN1 guide, they only need following document
Child passport
Child birth certificate
Child ILR Card
Parents Marrige Certificate

As mentioned above, child was born outside UK

Could anyone please confirm - if that is all what they need?

Thanks in advance

Your child application would depend on the outcome of your application. I suggest you provide details of your application so they can link one to the other. There is no need to provide your passport if the HO already have your passport.
