As per new rules for naturalisation from Oct 28, do we need to apply for NARIC cert to confirm that the degree is equivalent to uk and was taught in english. I did submit a letter from university when i made my tier 1 application and showed the same for settlement and the degree is still recognized by PBS calculator.

In the AN form there is no option saying that the proof was submitted earlier and this is confusing. If i have to apply for NARIC cert, do i have to apply for statement of comparability + english language assessment? any ideas?

raamkres, is your degree obtained from the UK university? the letter in question(the one you submitted earlier when u made your tier 1 application and showed the same for settlement ) what is the letter about? did you obtain the letter from UK NARIC?? pls clarify your questions.

thanks Spatacus, mine was not UK degree, I got a letter from my university saying that the degree obtained was taught in English.
