I did attend my interview today all was fine except the countersignatory which I miss spelled and saw the interviewer circle around.
Do they reject my application on basis of this?,any one had the same problem?

It does not matter. The purpose of the interview is not to conduct examination of spelling of names.

They just want to establish that you are who you say you are, and not someone using a stolen identity.
