Citizenship after ILR

Hi
My family (myself spouse and two children born abroad) are on ILR since Dec 2012, can you please let know what process we need to for naturalization and registration for children and when we can approach for it
My date of Arrival in uk in first week dec 2007 and got ILR on 5 years WP/Tier 1 basis on second week dec 2012
and what are the document I need to submit with my application and can we all family member submit there application together or there any stages in we should approach for citizenship(British Passport)
