koll requirement

me n my husband will be eligible for ILR in april 2015. there is new requirement of KOLL which has additional language test other than life in uk test. can somebody explain abt it. what I have got to know is it includes speaking and listening certificate with entry level 3. but I want to know from where to prepare this test or get material and how to appear for this test?
