I gave good character reference for my company, and now i left that company and received p45 from them,

if they will contact my company as a good character ref: I don't know what will happen ?

What is the context of your question? What are you currently applying for? Can you quote the clause that you believe might effect you?

If it's BC and you are worried about the Good Character Requirement, then I assure you it has nothing to do with employment status or employability. It's about making sure you don't have a criminal record.
