MN1 registration from overseas

Hi all, I hope somebody can help me with this and thanks in advance.
I have recently been granted British Citizenship and my wife ILR. However, my 4 year old daughter was on a dependant VISA which has expired. Currently my wife and daughter in Bangladesh and I don't know how to get my daughter in to UK with my wife.
I believe I can register my daughter as a British Citizen using MN1 but, as she is in Bangladesh I don't know how shall I proceed with this? Do I apply in UK or Bangladesh? I don't have her passport here. Or, do we just renew her visa and apply for MN1 when she is back in the UK?
Please help me with this as I am truly missing them!!
