Section 2:Residence Requirements ,

2.1 Date and place of first arrival in United Kingdom
Is this date going to be Date I arrived to UK first or qualifying period start date ?

Section 3: Good Character Requirement

3.5 Address of Tax office or tax office reference
I am director of a limited company , So , I dont know the address of Tax office , what should I have to fill?
