MN1 Fees?

I am applying for registration for my two children, aged 3 and 6, both of whom were born in the UK. I am a bit confused by the fees and how to apply for them both, and guide mn1 isn't any help.
Can I apply for both children at the same time? And also how much does it cost?
In the fees document it has entries for...
Nationality Registration minor £673
and
Nationality Registration multiple minor main £1,178
and
Nationality Registration multiple minor dependant £505
Which one(s) applies to me?
