Just a quick question regarding the countersign of the naturalization application.
Can the Director of a local charity organization(it implements various projects funded by the local authorities and private funders and is registered with the HM Revenue) that I work with and who holds a DUTCH citizenship sign the citizenship application for me?

Director/Manager of a VAT registered Charity is an acceptable referee and can be one of your referees.
