Hello

I got Ilr last year on the basis of depandent of spouse
I have read in forum expire ielts is acceptable for citizenship , Just want to make sure its still acceptable in case expires almost 8 years ago , If any one can share his or her experience please

Either your IELTS expired yesterday or 20yrs ago it's still valid.

Just contact NCS service today and they even not sure that either Expire Ielts valid or not , They told me they will ring HO on the day of my Appointment , The lady said there is no certain instructions from HO about this ,

can some one please share his or her experience in terms of expire Ielts

It can be used as you've already been told.

Thank you for your e mail.



We will accept an ESOL qualification at or above level B1 on the Common European Framework Reference for languages (CEFR) provided:



1) it has previously been accepted by us in connection with another immigration application, eg for entry clearance, or further leave to remain, or

2) if it is being presented to us for the first time, the qualification was taken in the UK and is on the OFQUAL register, regardless of the issue date of the certificate.



If it is being presented to us for the first time, and was taken outside the UK, then the expiry date will apply.
