Absences during the final year for naturalisation

Hi,
I have been absent from the UK for 99 days in total during the final year after receiving ILR (qualifying period). I am due for Naturalisation application in Feburary 2014 but not sure if my application would be rejected based on the below eligibility criteria from UKBA website,
Absences from the UK during the residential qualifying period
You must not have been absent for more than 90 days in the last 12 months.
However the UKBA website also states the below,
Discretion on absences from the UK during the residential qualifying period
Absences during the final year
If you have been absent from the UK for up to 100 days in total during the final year, we normally disregard the absence.
Please could some one tell if my absence of 99 days during the final year will cause an issue with my naturalisation application.
Kind Regards
