Hi,
I applied BC for my spouse in October 2013 and haven't received the approval yet. I submitted the original passport and BRP ILR card because I didn't get NCS service before 28th October. But now We have to travel to Pakistan for wedding. I looked for return of document link through which you can put a return request, but this is a bit confusing for me it says
I am bit confused that if I put a return request, will UKBA photocopy the Passport and BRP card before returning it to me and they will keep my possition in the que?
Please let me know how UKBA will deal this situation. Ofcouse I don't want to withdraw my spouse's application because I don't want to waste my £874 of fee..

I confirm the information supplied is complete, true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if I withdraw my application and have already paid a fee, the fee will not be refunded. I understand that if I ask for my documents back, this may delay the processing of my application.
I understand that I can only request my document back for travel if I have made an application for British nationality, or an application as a European national including Bulgarian, Romanian and Croatian nationals. For all other applications, I must withdraw my application if I want to travel outside of the Common Travel Area (The UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
