Hi,

I am applying for BC in Feb after tier1+ILR. I got my ILR on 8th Feb 2013 so applying in 11th/12th feb 2014 week by NCS.

I am using PBS+Original degree+letter from uni stating degree was taught in English.

My question on I am on permanent role and just opened a limited company to start freelancing. I will resigning fro my company in the next couple of days to move to contracting.

When I will apply for BC, I will on permanent role and also a director of limited company. Company is not trading anything as of now.

In Q3.2/3.3, what should I fill? Can I tick both employed and director options? OR just ignore limited company because its not trading as of now.

Please advice.

I sent similar question to Nationality help desk and got the following reply:

We always recommend that you provide as much information as possible. Therefore I recommend that you state all the details with the application. You can enclose a separate letter with the application if necessary.

"

Thats good. Can you pls forward me that email if I PM you my email id?

Also are you ticking both (employee and Director) options? Also will you write a covering letter for that?
