Documents required for Naturalisation

Hi All
I am planning to apply for the Naturalisation. I have got my ILR through 5 years of continous stay. I started on Work Permit and then switched to Tier 2 (ICT). I passed the Life in the UK test.
Now, after completing 1 year under ILR please advice how should I apply for Naturalisation and what documents are required?
Do I need to show an ESOL score or anything else in addition to my Life in the UK certificate? Would my academic degrees be sufficient?
Also, is there any difference between citizenship and naturalisation?
