Convictions, what to include?

Hi,
Below is the list of all my "wrong doings". Just wanted to ask what should be included
19/04/2010 - FPN, driving with defective tyres, 3 points on my licence. (I guess this should be included)
13/08/2010 - PCN for parking, appeal allowed by adjudicator. (nothing to include here)
19/09/2012 - PCN for parking, cancelled by council. (nothing to include here)
05/01/2013 - NIP for 35 mile on 30 miles road, speed awareness course done. (nothing to include here)
16/12/2013 - PCN for bus lane, appealing waiting for the reply from council.
Don't know what to do with the last one. I know that the appeal process may take a while and I don't feel I should pay it. Should I mention it or not?
I know it may look silly for some of you, but just wanted to ask.
