Is the character with paid TV license fine still good?

Hello all,
I recently received the TV license offence from the court. I will have to plead myself guilty, because I forgot to pay the license.
My question is if I pay for this fine will it be considered as non-custodial offence?
I'm applying for Naturalisation in 3 months. Will it be rejected because of that fine?
