AN1 Application : Point 1.31

Hi All,
Apologise if this questions has been asked before,
I am in the process of finalising me and my wifes AN1 application forms. In that the questions 1.31 requires information about the wife / partner. But if your wife is completing a separate application form do you still need to complete that section? Confusion is because it does ask for adate of marriage and things like that. My guss feeling is no matter whether the new application is used for the wife is each application this section has to be filled. Please give your valuable opinion,
