Hi,

Just need to check whether our baby is eligible for OCI (preferable) or PIO card.

Parents status:- Indian Passport holder with ILR and due to apply for naturalization and British passport in 6 months’ time.
Baby:- British passport holder (never applied for Indian passport).

Please confirm.

The baby is only eligible for PIO (not OCI), as parents are not yet eligible for OCI.

PIO is probably the better option for a minor
