Hi,
I was wondering if this topic could be a sticky on the board for those who have successfully applied/rejected or are planning to apply for Citizenship and have got previous convictions with details of the convictions based on the new rules of 3 years has to elapse before applying. e.g. how many, conviction type with court fine e.g. DR10, CU10, date of conviction, date of applying for BC, outcome (success/reject).
This will help to give an indication how long it will take for Home Office to approve/reject application based on how many convictions someone has got.
I've currently got 1 conviction (DR10 with court fine) but still got 1 year for me wait before I can apply for BC.
