Hello,

Both myself and my wife have got ILR last April.

My child was born in UK and she is currently on Tier 1 status valid until March 14. We did not apply her ILR since she is eligible to become BC right after we got ILR.

I hope this is fine. Now I am applying her BC and have the following query.

1.3 What date should i mention since she is not of ILR status and have only Tier 1. Do i leave it blank or enter the date of birth.

Leave it blank as not relevant for applications under Section 1(3) registration applications.

I am on the same boat, We just got ILR and my baby has Tier 1 dependant visa until March who's born in UK.

Could you please guide us how to proceed from here, I mean how to apply MN1 and what documents and Fee?
