Passed Life in the UK test before Oct 2013

Hi,
I passed life in the UK test before Oct 2013. I did my graduation in English medium and I used the certificate to get my first HSMP approaval.
Now I have two questions
1. I guess I can supply the same certificate along with Life in the UK test to meet the requirement
2. How to prove again that the degree was deemed by UK NARIC?
Please suggest what to do. Thank you.
