Hi,

I will be applying for naturalisation in Oct 14 but not sure whether my wife and I can apply together. We got ILR together last year in Oct 13.

My wife came to UK as My PBS dependent (tier 1 general) in August 2010. When we apply for naturalisation in Oct this year, she would have spent 4 years and 2 months in UK. Are we eligible to apply for naturalisation together in Oct 2014?

Only with added discretion, otherwise she can apply as soon as you've had your ceremony, subject to meeting the other standard requirements.
