Unique case- Applying for Citizenship

Hi all,
My case has been bit unique in some aspects:
1. I arrived in UK in November 2007.
2. My wife arrived in UK in July 2009.
3. She has been away from UK for about 10 months for her first delivery.
4. Three of us (including our first son) successfully applied for ILR in November 2012.
5. She has been away from UK about 8 months last year for her second delivery (along with our first son).
6. Now all 3 of them are back in UK.
Wondered who all can apply for Naturalisation now (planning to apply end of this month). I am aware that I can apply, but could my wife and kids apply with me at the same time?
Is it worth applying for naturalisation separately for me? Any help or advise please?
Much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Kayen.
