Hi,

I am filing Form AN for me and my wife. I have question about the photo required to submit. do we have to get signed by the referee on the back of the photo ?

For AN application, the photos attached to your reference form should have your name & DoB of the applicant only.
If the photo comes off during the handling / processing of application,it has to be identified. That is the reason they ask us to do it.
