Speeding Naturalisation

Hello All,

I received two Notice of intended prosecution for speeding (35mph and 37mph respectively in 30mph zone) I wrote a letter to the police and I was sent on a speed awareness course. I went for the course. The Police never took my licence, neither did they endorse me and I never went to court.

Do I need to mention that I went for speed awareness course in application for naturalisation, if I do under what section. I believe this course is not a conviction and also a non-custodial offence?

Advise Please!

Thanks

You can only take one speed awareness course for one offence in any three year period, so you will have points from the other offence.

I was pardoned(the police called me and said the first was cancelled) for the first due to my letter. They both were incured within the space of some couple of days.

What happens if they don't give you awareness course. ?

Do you then have a conviction ? and do we need to inform HO if we have submitted the application ?

thanks
