Hi,
I have applied for my mother's duplicate UK Naturalization certificate in January (as she had lost it). I have applied to Home Office, PO Box 306, Dept 102, Liverpool, L2 0QN. I paid fees of £94. It has been deducted from my account.

However i have not received any correspondence from them as yet. I have written to them again, but no reply.
She needs duplicate certificate for purpose of applying for OCI.

How do I contact them, Has any one got telephone number I can try on?
Would any one know how much time they take to send duplicate certificate?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I sent a request to amend my Certificate back in January...been two months and I got nothing back.

Did you get an ack letter?

Did they take your fee?

I sent my request to a different address in Liverpool though.
