BC : Dependent English Test Required?

Hello,
I'm on ILR and wife is currently ILR dependent. I have done MBA from UK so I know I do not need to take any English Language test. However my question is - Since my wife is dependent (she has done B.COM from India) while applying for British citizenship does she need to give english language test? Or point based calculator printout is sufficient for her?
