Hi Folks,

I am scheduled at the NCS next week and I am filling out the FORM AN, version October 2013. In section 3.5, it says Address of Tax office or tax reference, I am not sure what info to supply or better still where to get such info from.I can confirm I am an employee of a consulting company.

Your employer should have all the details. Also you can find them on P60 form.
