Travel advice

Post by vikramrajpal » Tue Mar 25, 2014 1:55 pm

Hi All,

May I please seek your advice on my family's travel.

Here's my status:
1. My wife and I are ILR holders and have applied for Naturalization last week.
2. Child 1 has a British passport (born in the UK on 11/11/13)
3. Child 2 has an Indian passport (VISA status 'Tier 2 ICT Dependent' that expired some time back, we didn't apply for the ILR) + Naturalization certificate + Awaiting British passport

Could you please help which one of us will require VISA to travel to India?

Regards
Vikram

If travelled with indian passport, child 2 will face problem while returning back as there is no valid visa on indian passport.

Thanks sidhujazz and ban.s for your time and speedy inputs. Really appreciate that...

On the safe side I'll apply an Indian VISA for both my kids.

Regards
Vikram
