Urgent help/advice

Hi,

I need urgent advice on how to get my 9 yrs old uk born a citizenship, i have been trying every possible means and it seems luck is not on my side..has continuously live here and has not been able to travel. Pls help anyone i am very confused and depressed.

Currently has none. Put in a long residence application in 2005 n was refused....long strory short
I missed an opportunity in 2008 when i didnt respond to d letter for case ressolution due to moving.

An application for his registration as a British citizen can be made at any time after he has attained the age of ten years, providing that for each of the first ten years of her/his life, the number of days on which he was absent from the United Kingdom in that year does not exceed 90.

I am very happy we are granted leave to remain 2 yrs, does anyone know what happen next?

You need to have Indefinite Leave to Remain for at least one year before you can apply.

We got the leave to remain for 2.5 year, is it d same as ilr? I have no idea how things works this days. All i wanted was to be able to earn a living and move around as i have been stagnate for too long! I neen some advice on what to do next pls anyone

It is not the same. I had to wait 4 years once I got my leave to remain in order to apply for ILR.

I got my leave to remain in 2000 so I am not sure how different was it then from today.
