Baby born at overseas how to apply his British passport:

We are a married couple and we are British Citizen by Naturalisation. Currently we are applying our first British passport in the UK.

My wife is pregnant now and we are planning to have the baby born at overseas in Hong Kong. Could you please let me know

1) whether my new born baby eligible to apply for a British Passport?

2) which application form I need to apply? Could you please send me the relevant web link address?

3) what are the procedures to finally get baby's British passport at the overseas? Do we have to apply a certificate of British citizenship first and then apply the baby's British passport?

4) how long will it take to complete the whole procedures?
