Dear Gurus and Moderators,

I want to raise a very simple question for one of my friend whose Child was born in the UK, but currently residing in Pakistan. Question is that can he register his 2 yrs old Kid as a British Citizen while the Kid is not in the UK?

If he can then is it the same MN1 form he need to fill in and send via NCS service with all supporting documents?

If not then what Visa the kid has to apply from Pakistan?

The father has recently got his ILR based on 10yrs rule.

Any reply on the above will be appreciated and will be very helpful.

So the child's father can apply for his kid using MN1 form along with all the supporting documents through NCS Service while his kid is abroad ?
