I am planning to move in next 1-2 months ... wondering if there is a provision to give postal address other than current one? Something that would meet address requirements from back-ground check perspective but final certificate to be posted to preferred address?

Any conclusive discussion or link to official site in this regard would be appreciated.

Ya. Basically I would like to give my friend's address for all communication purpose.
