I am filling the parent details on the form AN.

I have a problem with my mother maiden name. My mother did not change her surname after marriage.

So in question 1.27 Your mother's full name & maiden name, should I just write full name / last name again

Also, my second question is that my wife is going to apply for naturalisation after I get the citizenship as she had not stayed in UK for 5 years. So, do I need to enter details for my wife on questions 1.31 to 1.36. If yes, then do i need to submit marriage certificate as well.

She will apply for naturalisation as a separate application.

Do I have to write her full name which was before the marriage.
