Received Documents Back but no approval letter

I applied on the 7th of March through NCS but I sent additional documents by post to the home office a few days after. I received a letter today from the home office that for my convenience sake they are returning these documents as they have noted it on my application.
Does this means that my application is now with a case worker or a decision has been made? Anyone had similar experience.? Thanks
