I am sorry if this was answered already as I couldn't find anything with regards to my specific query.

I am in the process of filling AN form for Naturalisation.
I have been separated from my husband for 3 years (his continuous adultery) and we don't live together for 3 years as well. My question is with regards to sections 1.31-1.36 (details of your partner) and 1.37-1.43 (previous partner) of the application.
Which one do I fill? Do I fill both? We are still married from the law point of view.

Any help would be appreciated.

1.31 to 1.36 - as you are still legally married, you write your husband's details for these questions.

1.37 - if you were previously married and then divorced, write those details here. If you have never been married before your current marriage, leave this question blank.

I just want to know if you can still apply through the 5years route,even if your still married but leaving apart? What address do you write down in partners details? Ifyou don't know his current address! Pls confused
